Shipping

Any order placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same day (Mon-Fri, except holidays).

Sorry, not at this time. Due to the current international tariff situation, we’re temporarily unable to ship outside the United States. Once things are resolved, we fully plan to offer our styles worldwide again. When that happens, we’ll announce it right away to our email subscribers—so be sure to join our email list to stay in the loop.

Yes!  In addition to the US Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage Service, we offer both

  • USPS Priority and
  • USPS Express shipping. 

And, if you spend over $75 you will get USPS Ground Advantage Shipping for FREE!

And, if you spend over $120 you will get USPS Priority Shipping for Free!

USPS guidelines indicate that Priority should take 2-3 days and Express should take 1-2 days.  Of course, the USPS can experience delays due to weather or large volumes due to holidays like Christmas.  Please note that the USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground or Priority service.

Whether you request Ground or an Expedited service, your order will be given to the USPS the same day if your order is placed before 3pm EST (Mon-Fri, except holidays).

Sorry, we do not have a location where you can pick up your order.  Your best option is to have us ship to a US Post Office box.

We completely understand your concern!  That is why are are committed to never providing your email address or any other information about you to anybody, ever!

We typically send two to four emails per month, so we certainly are not spamming.  Unfortunately, because of the sexy nature of our line our emails frequently end up in spam folders which means that it is possible you will never even see them.  Please help us out here.  After signing up or after placing an order, please do the following even if our email lands in your in-box:

We want to make sure you never miss an order update, tracking number, or special offer. Here are a few quick steps you can take to guarantee our messages land safely in your inbox:

  1. Add us to your contacts:
    Save Support@WTStyles.com to your email address book.

  2. Mark us as “Not Spam”:
    If one of our emails ever lands in the Spam or Promotions folder, open it and click “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox.”

  3. Engage with our messages:
    Opening our emails, clicking a link, or replying once helps ensure future emails reach your inbox.

  4. For Gmail users:
    Drag any of our emails into your Primary tab, then confirm you want all future emails delivered there.

  5. For Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo users:
    Mark misfiled messages as “Not Junk” / “Not Spam” and add us to your Safe Senders list.

Following these simple steps keeps WT Styles emails where they belong—front and center, right in your inbox.

Payments

Yes, you can! We offer several flexible payment options.

If you choose Express Checkout, you can either:
• Pay over time with Shop Pay installments, or
• Pay in full using PayPal, Google Pay, or Venmo.

If you prefer to use our standard Checkout Page, you can:
• Pay over time with Shop Pay installments, or
• Pay in full with PayPal or any major credit/debit card
